Key Responsibilities

Stores Management
- Maintain accurate records of all inward materials, consumables, and stock.
- Verify incoming materials against purchase orders (quality, quantity, documentation).
- Ensure systematic storage (binning, tagging, FIFO/FEFO).
- Conduct daily/weekly/monthly stock checks and reconcile physical vs. system stock.
- Monitor and control minimum/maximum stock levels and raise requisitions accordingly.
- Prevent losses due to pilferage, damage, or improper handling.

Despatch Management
- Plan daily despatches as per sales/dispatch orders and production availability.
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and transporters to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare invoices, packing lists, e-way bills, and other required documentation.
- Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and loading to avoid transit damage.
- Track dispatched consignments and update customers/sales team.

Coordination & Compliance
- Liaise with Purchase, Production, and Sales teams for smooth flow of materials.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, statutory requirements (GST, E-way bills), and audit norms.
- Maintain housekeeping & safety standards in stores and dispatch areas.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
