**Job Title**: Store Incharge

**Location**: VADODARA
**Department**: Stores/Warehouse
**Reports To**: Operations Manager / Store Manager

**Job Purpose**:
To oversee the daily operations of the store/warehouse, manage inventory, ensure accurate stock levels, maintain store cleanliness and organization, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth flow of materials.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain and monitor inventory levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
- Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and physical verification.
- Record incoming and outgoing stock using appropriate documentation and software.
- **Store Operations**:

- Ensure smooth functioning of daily store activities.
- Maintain proper storage practices including FIFO/LIFO.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- **Receiving and Dispatching**:

- Verify and inspect incoming materials for quantity and quality.
- Coordinate dispatches and issue materials as per requirement with proper documentation.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, receipts, and issues.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports and submit them to management.
- **Team Management**:

- Supervise store assistants and labor staff.
- Allocate tasks and monitor performance.
- **Coordination**:

- Liaise with procurement, production, and accounts departments.
- Follow up on material shortages or delays.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and internal policies.
- Assist in internal and external audits.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in store management/inventory control.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP or inventory software (SAP, Tally, etc.).
- Good communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
