**Job Title**: Quantity Surveyor / Estimator / Billing & Collections Specialist

- **Responsibilities**:_
**Quantity Surveying & Estimating**:
Prepare accurate and detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for interior design and build projects based on architectural plans, design specifications, and material selections.
Develop comprehensive cost estimates, including labor, materials, and other project-related expenses, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Conduct site visits as needed to verify measurements and assess project requirements.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure the BOQs accurately reflect the final design specifications.
Evaluate and track changes in project scope, providing updated cost estimates as necessary.
**Billing & Invoicing**:
Prepare and issue accurate and timely invoices to clients according to agreed-upon payment schedules.
Maintain meticulous records of all invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.
Follow up on outstanding invoices, resolving payment issues promptly and professionally.
Reconcile client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.
Generate regular reports on billing and collections status.
**Collections**:
Implement effective strategies for timely collections of outstanding payments.
Manage client communication related to billing and collections, resolving any questions or concerns.
Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients.
Identify and mitigate potential collection risks.
Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to collections efficiency.
**Other**:
Maintain and update relevant databases and spreadsheets.
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project progress and address any challenges.
Assist with other financial tasks as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the interior design or construction industry._
Proven ability to prepare accurate and detailed BOQs and cost estimates.
Proficiency in Excel. Experience in any CRM or ERP software is an advantage
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Strong problem-solving skills.**
Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with collections and client communication related to payment is preferred
**Compensation and Benefits**:
