**Job Overview**

The Dispatch Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing the logistics and dispatching of goods from the warehouse to customers. This role ensures that all goods are dispatched efficiently, stocks are managed properly, and accurate records are maintained. The Dispatch Executive plays a critical role in maintaining the smooth flow of operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and minimizing delays.

**Role Tasks**:

- Regularly review and assess the condition of old goods to ensure they are dispatched in a timely manner, reducing the risk of obsolescence.
- Conduct daily checks in the godown (warehouse) to verify stock levels, ensuring that they match the records in the system.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of R. Oil filling activities in the designated report book, ensuring data accuracy.
- Physically verify stock levels for various products (VP, R.O., Bakery) on a daily basis and ensure these match the records in Tally.
- Record daily Vanaspati filling activities in the respective report book, ensuring the report is comprehensive and accurate.
- Ensure all gate passes and bilty documents are filled out accurately and updated regularly to reflect the latest dispatches.
- Implement and supervise the proper loading sequence, ensuring that goods are loaded according to packing priority and steps.
- Create delivery notes for dispatched goods, ensuring all necessary details are included for a smooth delivery process.
- Accurately generate sales orders based on customer requirements and stock availability, ensuring prompt processing.
- Maintain and update an Excel sheet with all truck dispatch details, ensuring that all relevant information is recorded for future reference.
- Supervise the checking process for loaded trucks, ensuring that all items are properly loaded and secured before dispatch.
- Transfer and update loading information from Google Sheets to Excel sheets, ensuring data consistency across platforms.
- Enter production data for each shift into Tally, ensuring that the records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Organize and manage stock in the godown, ensuring that materials are stored properly and the FIFO (First In, First Out) system is followed.
- Regularly update Tally with the stock levels of loose tanders, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Oversee the vehicle loading process to ensure that goods are loaded correctly and securely for safe transport.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Tally
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage time efficiently
- Effective communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities

**Knowledge**:

- Understanding of warehouse management and logistics
- Knowledge of stock management and inventory systems

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
