- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of dispatchers, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Coordinate daily dispatch activities, assigning tasks to drivers and monitoring schedules.
- Monitor the timely and accurate delivery of goods, ensuring that all delivery deadlines are met.
- Ensure all drivers are following safety protocols and regulations.
- Track shipments and resolve any logístical issues or delays in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and customer service teams to ensure efficient dispatch and accurate deliveries.
- Review and manage delivery schedules, ensuring the optimal route planning for drivers.
- Maintain proper documentation of all dispatched shipments, including logs and delivery confirmations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding deliveries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Perform regular audits to ensure all dispatch operations meet company standards and legal regulations.
- Train new dispatch team members and provide ongoing support for their development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
