Ahmedabad Gujarat, India AIS Technolabs Full time

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for positions across the Middle East and APAC region, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, organizational needs, and team culture.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to the region, utilizing job boards, LinkedIn, social media, job fairs, and other platforms to attract top talent.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners in the region to assist with specialized hiring needs.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor hiring practices, and labor laws in the Middle East and APAC region to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with HR and Talent Management teams to support on boarding and ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
- Prepare and maintain regular reports on recruitment metrics, providing insights into time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives by identifying diverse talent pools and promoting inclusive hiring practices.

Qualifications:

- 2 to 4 years of experience as a recruiter, with a focus on the Middle East and APAC regions.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and employment regulations in the Middle East and APAC region.
- Familiarity with using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a high level of initiative and drive.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
