**Job Description - Senior Accountants Executive**

**Company**: Fidar Imex Private Limited
**Location**: Vashi, Navi Mumbai
**Position**: Accountant - Import & Export Business
**Experience Required**: 2-5 years (preferred in Import-Export sector)
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records in **Tally**.
- Handle all **GST compliances**, including **GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9)**.
- Manage **TDS calculation, deduction, and filing of quarterly returns**.
- Prepare and file **Income Tax Returns (ITR)** for the company.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts and vendor/customer ledgers.
- Handle accounting and documentation related to **import and export transactions**, including invoices, shipping bills, and foreign remittances.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and maintain audit-related documentation.
- Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and tax authorities as needed.
- Monitor compliance with statutory regulations and deadlines.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Commerce/Accounting/Finance** (Master’s/CA Inter is an advantage).
- 2-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in an **import & export company**.
- Proficiency in **Tally ERP**, MS Excel, and general accounting principles.
- Strong working knowledge of **GST, TDS, ITR filings, GST returns & compliances**.
- Experience in handling **import/export accounting, foreign currency transactions, and documentation**.
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently with attention to detail.
