**Job Summary**:

- **Manage all accounting transactions.**:

- **Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.**:

- **Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.**:

- **Ensure timely bank payments.**:

- **Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.**:

- **Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.**:

- **Should have Knowledge in GST & TDS**:

- **Role: Accountant / Accounts Executive**

**Responsibilities**:
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.

Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.

Assist in month-end and year-end close processes.

Prepare and submit invoices and expense reports.

Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.

Handle inquiries and resolve discrepancies related to accounts payable and receivable.

Assist with payroll processing and related tasks.

Maintain vendor and customer records.

Assist in internal and external audits as needed.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial compliance and accuracy.

Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and standards.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

Proven experience in accounting or finance, preferably as an Accounts Assistant or similar role.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills.

The Accounts Executive plays a vital role in supporting the accounting department in various functions, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations within the organization.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
