Job Responsibilities:
- Leads effort to research, implement and continually improve usage, processes and tools related to learning courses and programs in the Learning Management System (LMS).- Drive usage of the LMS by developing and scheduling monthly learning recommendations and other marketing materials, while partnering and consulting with Corporate Communications for feedback and approval.- Provide day-to-day technical support for end-users in the LMS by troubleshooting and educating on the platform functionality.- Partner with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to understand site training needs, curate content to support organization goals, and transition manually tracked learning into the LMS.- Prepare, maintain, distribute, and analyze reports from the LMS to uncover learning activities and outcomes to help determine company successes, gaps, and future needs.-
- Manage external vendors/leaders (i.e. LinkedIn Learning or other content providers) to build collaborative partnerships and drive best in class pricing, with a partnership with Procurement.- Creates, validates and documents procedures and processes for the Learning Management System (for the L&D team processes and for end users).- Research, examine and compare industry best practices and organizations who are leading in this space to serve as SME for LMS usage and informal, social and mobile content at Alkegen.- Identify new content providers and other learning vendors that Alkegen can leverage to drive a more holistic approach to learning globally.- Develop the learning interventions for non-English speaking employees in their local language.- Since this is a new role, the job duties may evolve as the role does.

Qualifications/ Experience:
- 1-3 Years of Experience using and managing a Learning Management System (Workday preferred)- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- 1-2 years of Adobe Acrobat Experience- Strong interpersonal communication skills- Ability to take initiative and work independently
