**A. Job Description**:
The Principal is responsible for providing dynamic leadership to the school, ensuring the overall academic and administrative excellence, fostering a positive learning environment, and promoting the holistic development of students.

**B. Roles and Responsibilities**:
**1. Academic Leadership**:
Formulate and implement academic policies in accordance with CBSE guidelines.

Oversee curriculum development, assessment strategies, and teaching methodologies.

Monitor and enhance academic performance, ensuring compliance with CBSE standards.

Encourage and support professional development initiatives for teaching staff.

**2. Administrative Management**:
Efficiently manage day-to-day school operations, including staff management and resource allocation.

Implement and enforce school policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with CBSE regulations and maintain necessary documentation.

**3. Student Development**:
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Monitor student progress and implement support systems as needed.

Promote extracurricular activities, sports, and cultural events for holistic student development.

**4. Parent and Community Engagement**:
Communicate effectively with parents, keeping them informed about their child's academic progress and overall well-being.

Collaborate with the community to enhance the school's reputation and support.

**5. Financial Management**:
Prepare and manage the school budget in collaboration with the management.

Ensure optimal utilization of resources and cost-effective practices.

**6. Quality Assurance**:
Conduct regular evaluations to ensure the quality of teaching and learning.

Implement measures for continuous improvement in academic and operational areas.

**7. Regulatory Compliance**:
Stay abreast of changes in CBSE regulations and implement necessary adjustments.

Ensure that the school meets all statutory and regulatory requirements.

**C. Eligibility**:
7+ Years of work Experience is mandatory.

Post graduate with B.Ed./MA degree.

Enough Experience for working as a Principle.

CBSE Affiliation Knowledge is must.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
