BID MANAGEMENT: - Ensure real-time communication with the client regarding GeM Portal updates. - Identify and share relevant tenders from GeM Portal with clients. - Prepare and submit tender documents before the due date by uploading all required documents (General, Technical, Commercial). - Efficiently handle the preparation and submission of Bank Guarantees such as - Bid Security and Performance, while also carefully tracking and retrieving any accompanying DDs and BGs.

ANALYTICS: - Generate MIS reports for upcoming and quoted bids. - Regularly track bid status to determine L1 and L2 price gap, create - Win Loss analysis, and engage with clients to close bids. - Perform competitive analysis by researching available product categories and competitor offerings.

OEM ENGAGEMENT: - Conduct comprehensive OEM vendor assessments across multiple categories. - Handle OEM dashboard, Product Uploads & catalogue management. - Strong grasp of bid types, quadrants, and other relevant aspects. ORDER ENGAGEMENT: - Manage work delivery between buyer and seller for successful bids and remain accountable until payment is received from the client.

COMPLIANCE: - Stay up-to-date with the latest Government Notifications and GFR Rules, and ensure compliance to avoid any potential blacklisting or incidents. DESIRED SKILLS: - GeM Portal Knowledge - Exposure to any CRM tool - Ms-Office (Power point, Excel, word) - Tender Documentation Knowledge - Effective communication & Analytical Skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
