**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Vendor Management**: Manage and maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring timely service delivery, and conducting regular follow-ups.
- **Office Quality Check**: Ensure the office environment is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality. Conduct regular inspections and provide recommendations for improvements.
- **Housekeeping Management**: Allocate tasks to housekeeping staff, supervise cleaning activities, and ensure that the office is consistently clean and well-maintained.
- **Admin Activities**: Oversee all administrative tasks within the office, including inventory management, office supplies, and equipment maintenance.
- **Problem Solving & Resolutions**: Quickly identify and resolve any office-related issues, ensuring mínimal disruption to office operations.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain records of vendor contracts, service schedules, and other administrative documentation. Prepare and submit reports as required.
- **Coordination & Communication**: Act as the point of contact for vendors, staff, and other departments. Facilitate communication and ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and external partners.
- **Support Senior Management**: Provide administrative support to senior management, assisting in organizing meetings, events, and other office-related functions.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that the office is compliant with health and safety regulations, and handle any necessary adjustments in policies or procedures.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Admin Officer or in a similar administrative role (5-6 years).
- Strong understanding of vendor management, housekeeping operations, and office maintenance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with office management software (e.g., MS Office, ERP systems) is a plus.
**Educational Qualifications**:
- A degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field is preferred.
Pay: ₹10,419.39 - ₹33,655.95 per month
