**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and curate high-quality content, including text, images, videos, and infographics, tailored for each platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Schedule and post content using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, reach, impressions) and generate monthly reports.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices, and recommend innovative strategies.

**Website Maintenance**:

- Regularly update website content, including banners, blogs, product pages, and announcements.
- Ensure the website is functional, user-friendly, and optimized for performance and speed.
- Perform routine checks for broken links, errors, and outdated information.
- Work with the design and development teams to implement updates or redesigns as needed.
- Optimize website SEO to improve organic search rankings and traffic.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with external IT support if necessary.

**General Duties**:

- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align digital strategies with company objectives.
- Monitor competitors’ social media and website activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage budgets for social media ads and other digital tools.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts and maintaining websites.
- Strong knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) and social media tools.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
