**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities to ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise and guide production staff, ensuring compliance with safety standards and work procedures.
- Efficiently allocate manpower, machinery, and materials to meet production objectives.
- Monitor operations and adjust schedules or resources as required to maintain output targets.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
- Maintain accurate production logs, reports, and performance metrics.
- Work closely with maintenance teams to schedule preventive maintenance and address equipment breakdowns promptly.
- Ensure products meet established quality standards and immediately report deviations.
- Drive process improvements through lean manufacturing, 5S, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train, motivate, and support team members to enhance performance and skill levels.
- Uphold company policies and promote a safe, clean, and organized workplace.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Minimum qualification: +2 or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a production supervisory or related manufacturing role.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and resource management.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, machinery operation, and safety protocols.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in **MS Office**.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**Preferred Experience**
- Background in **fasteners manufacturing** or similar industrial production.
- Experience managing **shift operations** and supervising diverse production teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
