**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, schedule, and oversee daily production activities.
- Supervise production staff and ensure adherence to work instructions and safety guidelines.
- Allocate manpower and machinery efficiently to meet production goals.
- Monitor the production process and adjust schedules as needed.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
- Maintain production logs, reports, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with maintenance for timely servicing and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Ensure product quality standards are met and report deviations.
- Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, or other continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train and motivate team members for productivity and skill enhancement.
- Enforce company policies, health, and safety regulations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- +2 or diploma in Mechanical
- Minimum 3 TO 5 years of experience in a supervisory or production-related role.
- Strong understanding of production planning, quality control, and resource management.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, and safety protocols.
- Leadership qualities with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Fasteners industry production background
- Experience in shift management and team supervision.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
