**DKP Recruiter Team is hiring for the Job Title**: Sales Executive I Namkeen/Snacks Industries
**Location**: North 24 Parganas (2 vacancies) & Nadia (2 vacancies)
**Openings**: 4
**Working days**: 6 & one day week off
**About the Role**:
We are hiring Sales Executives (on payroll under the Group of Industries) to drive product sales, expand market reach, and build strong customer relationships. The role demands achieving sales targets, ensuring product availability, and contributing to overall business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Achieve monthly sales targets and objectives.
- Promote and sell products in assigned territories.
- Expand market reach through new customer acquisition and retention.
- Build and maintain strong distributor, retailer, and customer relationships.
- Ensure product availability and visibility at all outlets.
- Provide regular market feedback and competitor insights.
**Qualification & Experience**:
- 12th Pass / Graduate
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in FMCG / consumer product sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Local market knowledge preferred
**Compensation**:
- ₹15,000 CTC per month
- ₹100 daily allowance
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
