**Job description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach Chemistry to students in Classes XI and XII as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans, experiments, and activities to ensure a comprehensive understanding of theoretical and practical Chemistry concepts.
- Assess student performance through regular tests, assignments, and projects, and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning.
- Prepare students for the Class XII board exams.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to students, offering career counseling related to Chemistry and Science fields.
- Maintain up-to-date records of student performance and share progress with parents/guardians.
- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and science exhibitions.
- Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions to stay updated with educational advancements.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Chemistry (M.Sc. Chemistry) from a recognized university.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) is mandatory.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school at the senior secondary level.
- Deep understanding of the CBSE Chemistry syllabus for Class XI and XII.
- Proficiency in using modern teaching tools and technology, such as smart boards and online teaching platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to teaching.

**Desired Skills**:

- Ability to simplify complex Chemistry topics and present them in an engaging manner.
- Strong classroom management skills and a passion for teaching.
- Experience in conducting lab experiments and guiding students in practical work.
- Enthusiasm for science and the ability to inspire students.
- Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices in Chemistry education

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
