*Position* - Voice Agent (Inbound Calling Process)

*Salary* : 12000 - 18000 (In Hand Salary)
*Experience*: 0-2 Yrs
*Shift Timing*: 7am to 11.30 pm (Any 9 hrs shift)
(Women Employees - No Shift beyond 8.30PM will have only day rotational shift timing )

*Requirement*
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving skills and verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer knowledge and technical skills
- Ability to achieve stretched targets and able to manage the organization standards
- Ability to understand and handle irate customers
- Identifying, Handling and resolving customer queries and concerns while maintaining expected quality as per Company
- Understanding multiple products and processes
- Influencing customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information

Hiring for Call Centre Department - Customer Service Voice Process.

Location:

- Andheri
- Need *Graduate Freshers* only (No CA/Dr./ BSC / BSC. IT profiles)
- Freshers as well as experienced can apply.
- Need Excellent comms with MS Excel & Word Knowledge (B28 high quality)
- Raise Requests & Complaints on behalf of the customer in the CRM tool.
- *Age - Up to 32 years*
- *Male / Female both can apply.*
- Transportation boundary: CST to Andheri / Bhayander / Powai / Kurla
- No transportation facility will be provided.
- Salary - Up to 35,000 in hand (4,50,000 ctc)
- *Extra Benefits*: PF deduction, salary on Bank Payroll, Self-Mediclaim
- Shift Timings : *Male - 6 am to 12.30 am (any 9 hrs) & Females - 8 am to 8 pm (Any 9 hrs)*
- 6 days working, 1 rotational offs.
