**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce company products/services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and customer interactions.
- Achieve monthly/weekly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and offers.
- Follow up with leads to increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance overall performance.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Telesales Executive, Telecaller, or similar role (1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in Hindi and English preferred).
- Persuasive and goal-oriented with strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
