Job Description: Telesales Executive - Solar EPC Company

**Job Title**: Telesales Executive
**Location**: Nagpur
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:

- Identify and qualify potential customers through cold calls, inbound inquiries, and leads from marketing campaigns.
- Build a pipeline of prospects interested in solar energy solutions.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Reach out to residential, commercial, and industrial clients to explain solar EPC services and benefits.
- Present solar solutions tailored to customers' energy needs and requirements.
- Educate clients about government subsidies, tax benefits, and ROI on solar installations.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads to close deals and convert inquiries into confirmed installations.
- **CRM Management**:

- Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Track progress and report daily/weekly updates to the sales manager.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the field sales team to schedule site visits and consultations.
- Coordinate with the design and installation teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
- **Market Feedback**:

- Gather customer insights, feedback, and market trends to improve service offerings.
- Provide input to the marketing team for campaign development.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Engineering background preferred).
- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in solar energy, renewable energy, or similar industries.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and sales aptitude are welcome.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, customer-friendly manner.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- **Personality Traits**:

- Self-motivated, energetic, and result-driven.
- Good listener with a customer-centric approach.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Number of daily calls made and leads generated.
- Conversion rate from leads to sales.
- Customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Timely updates to the CRM and reporting accuracy.
