**Role Summary**:
**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement a customer engagement plan to achieve sales targets.
- Meet and interact with BFSI clients to build relationships and explore business opportunities.
- Identify new sales opportunities through networking and convert them into long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to present our products and services to prospective clients.
- Gradually develop the ability to deliver client presentations independently.
- Maintain regular contact with potential clients to convert opportunities into orders.
- Provide professional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring the company’s reputation is maintained.
**Qualification**:
- Fresh MBA graduate with a strong drive to build a career in sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to foster strong relationships.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office 365.
