Follow up with customers as script and scheduled time
- Taking appointments from the customer and allocating service advisor
- Coordinate with service advisors for technical queries of customers
- Maintaining dissatisfied customers records and date of attending and control of appointments
- Daily report of PSF(Summary)
- Customer complaints record keeping
- Maintaining customer/ Chauffer lounge & engaging customers if they are waiting in the Lounge/ Reception
- Following the service core process

Female Graduate wit 3-4 years of experience in the automobile industry with good communication skills and willingness to grow/ excel with customer
- centric approach

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
