**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and the organization, providing personalized support and guidance in navigating the complexities of the stock market.

Understand and address clients' investment goals, risk appetite, and preferences

Deliver timely and relevant updates on stock market trends, financial news, and investment opportunities to clients.

Conduct educational sessions to empower clients with knowledge about stock market dynamics and investment strategies.

Proactively identify and resolve client concerns related to stock trading, investment portfolios, and market fluctuations

Collaborate with stock market analysts and support teams to ensure swift issue resolution.

Facilitate the seamless onboarding of clients entering the stock market, guiding them through account setup, trading platforms, and investment options.

Ensure clients have a comprehensive understanding of the stock market environment. Collaborate with stock market analysts, financial advisors, and internal teams to align client needs with market trends and investment strategies.

Facilitate effective communication between clients and various financial services departments.

**Qualifications **
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field

Proven experience in a customer-facing role within the financial industry, with a focus on stock market operations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills**.**
