Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing customers through regular communication, follow-up calls, and meetings. Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing personalized assistance and support as needed.
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and effectively. Provide accurate information about products or services, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by understanding client needs and expectations and striving to exceed them. Proactively seek feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the customer experience.
- Account Management: Manage customer accounts and maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and preferences. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and promote additional products or services to existing clients. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts to secure new business.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments that may impact customer satisfaction and business opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations to management based on customer feedback and market analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in customer service, account management, or sales support roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
