We are seeking an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team at Shree Cooking Academy in Surat, a premier culinary institution dedicated to transforming cooking enthusiasts into skilled professionals since 2016. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to connect with prospective students, promote our diverse cooking courses, and drive enrollments across our three branches (Sarthana Jakat Naka, Varachha, and Katargam). As a Telecaller, you will play a key role in supporting our mission to inspire creativity and healthy cooking, engaging with leads from social media, phone inquiries, and walk-ins.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, with a focus on leads generated through social media platforms, WhatsApp, and website forms.
- Engage prospective students by explaining course details, addressing doubts, and recommending suitable programs to meet their culinary goals.
- Convert inquiries into enrollments by building trust, highlighting the value of our courses, and offering personalized solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM software, providing regular reports to optimize outreach strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote workshops, share student testimonials, and enhance Shree Cooking Academy’s brand visibility.
- Support walk-in inquiries at our branches, ensuring a welcoming experience and seamless coordination with branch staff.
- Participate in team activities, such as training sessions and celebrations, to foster a positive and motivated work culture.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong passion for customer engagement, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
- Proven ability to take initiative, demonstrated through prior experience in customer service, sales, or telecalling (freshers welcome).
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new communication techniques, shown through participation in training or team projects.
- High integrity and accountability, with examples of clear and honest communication in professional or customer interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software or lead management tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Surat, with flexibility to support all three branches.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati to connect with Surat’s diverse audience.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
