**Job Profile & Responsibilities**:
**Video Production & Filming**:

- **Plan, shoot, and edit**high-quality video content for YouTube & social media platforms.
- Operate**cameras, lighting, and sound equipment** to ensure professional production quality.
- Conduct**on-campus shoots** showcasing student life, faculty interviews, events, and infrastructure.

**Social Media Video Strategy**:

- Develop**video series ideas** that align with the university’s branding and marketing strategy.
- Optimize content for**YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok**.
- Follow**trending video styles** to make academic content more engaging.
- **Creative Direction & Storytelling**:

- Work closely with**students, faculty, and university staff** to create authentic content.
- Use**scriptwriting & storytelling techniques** to make educational content entertaining.
- Experiment with**formats like vlogs, challenges, and interviews** to engage prospective students.

**Analytics & Performance Optimization**:

- Track video**engagement, watch time, and reach** to improve content performance.
- Implement**SEO strategies, captions, and hashtags** to maximize views and visibility.
- A/B test different content types to see what works best for prospective students and parents.

**Collaboration & Management**:

- Coordinate with**graphic designers, social media managers, and student ambassadors**.
- Manage**content calendars and production schedules** to ensure regular uploads.
- Organize and maintain**video archives for future use**.

**Skills Required for This Role**:

- **Video Shooting & Editing**:Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- **Camera Handling & Lighting**:Understanding of professional camera settings, composition, and color grading.
- **Social media Trends & Strategy**:Knowledge of YouTube growth tactics, Instagram reels, and LinkedIn engagement.
- **Storytelling & Scriptwriting**:Ability to craft compelling narratives for academic and entertainment content.
- **Project Management**:Organizing and scheduling shoots effectively to meet content goals.
- **On-Camera Presence (Optional)**:If needed, should be comfortable appearing in videos or directing talent.
