**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content for our website, social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.), and marketing materials. This includes photography, videos, blogs, social media posts, and more.
- Brand Storytelling: Create compelling narratives around our products and the brand’s ethos. Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice, tone, and aesthetic.
- Product Photography & Videography: Capture creative product shots, lifestyle photos, and video content (reels, unboxing, behind-the-scenes, styling tips) to showcase our collections in an authentic and visually appealing manner.
- Social Media Content: Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and reels, ensuring they are optimized for each platform and resonate with our target audience.
- Content Planning: Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to develop content calendars and content strategies that align with campaigns, product launches, and seasonal trends.
- SEO & Blog Writing: Write SEO-friendly blog posts and product descriptions, optimizing content for better search engine visibility and engagement.
- Collaborations & Influencers: Coordinate with influencers and other creators to create collaborative content that increases brand exposure and engagement.
- Trend Research: Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, photography techniques, and content strategies to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor the performance of content across platforms and use analytics to refine strategies and improve engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience in content creation, specifically for women’s fashion brands.
- Fashion Knowledge: Deep understanding of current fashion trends, styling, and consumer preferences within the women's fashion industry.
- Photography & Videography Skills: Proficient in product photography, styling, video production, and editing. Experience with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Creativity & Aesthetic Sense: Strong creative vision with an eye for detail and an understanding of visual storytelling.
- Writing Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging, persuasive, and brand-consistent copy.
- Social Media Savvy: Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and tools (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.).
- Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: A degree in fashion, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
