**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases to generate new business leads for solar power solutions.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of Natural Power's solar products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- **Customer Communication**: Explain the technicalities and commercial aspects of solar power plants, including features, benefits, and potential savings.
- **Follow-up**: Nurture leads by following up with prospects, answering their questions, and convincing them to move forward with a site visit or consultation.
- **Appointment Setting**: Schedule appointments and demos for the sales and engineering teams.
- **Database Management**: Maintain and update a detailed database of customer interactions, call records, and sales activities using a CRM system.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on call metrics, lead status, and conversion rates.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketing Executive, or in a similar sales/customer support role.
- Experience in the solar power, renewable energy, or a related industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant speaking voice.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities to handle customer queries and objections.
- Fluency in Telugu, English, and Hindi is required to communicate with a diverse client base in Hyderabad.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel).
- A positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.

Pay: ₹8,405.19 - ₹25,843.55 per month
