**Job Description: Telecaller (Urgent Hiring)**

**Position**: Telecaller
**Location**: Banjara Hills
**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹13,000 per month
**Qualification**: Intermediate (Inter) / Degree

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Promote and sell company products or services over the phone.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
- Update customer information in the database accurately.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of computer operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous telecalling or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
