Key Responsibilities:

- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold-calling
- Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products/services to clients
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and competitor activity
- Actively participating in the startup community, attending events, and building a network
- Helping to create and implement a business development strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for startups, entrepreneurship and innovation
- Strong network and connections in the startup community
