Onboarding Executive-Service Centre Onboarding
1. Onboarding New Service Centres:Contact and onboard service centres as per the company's operational requirements.Ensure service centres meet all documentation and compliance standards.
2. Calling and Communication:Make outbound calls to service centres to explain onboarding processes and requirements.Handle inbound calls and queries from service centres regarding onboarding and activation.Maintain a professional and friendly communication style to build strong relationships.
3. Follow-ups:Regularly follow up with service centres to ensure timely submission of documents and activation.Address and resolve any delays or bottlenecks in the onboarding process.
4. Activation Support:Provide post-onboarding assistance to ensure service centres are operational.Verify that all activation procedures are completed successfully.
5. Data Management:Maintain accurate records of onboarding, follow-ups, and activation status in company systems.Generate and share periodic reports on onboarding progress and success metrics.
6. Collaboration:Coordinate with internal teams, such as operations and compliance, to streamline the onboarding process.Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
**Key Requirements**:
1. Education:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
2. Experience:1-2 years of experience in calling-based roles, onboarding, or customer service.Experience in working with service centres or operations is a plus.
3. Skills:Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle high volumes of calls and multitask efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Familiarity with CRM or onboarding software is an advantage.
4. Personal Attributes:Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle pressure.Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.

Pay: ₹9,788.86 - ₹15,000.00 per month
