Institutional Sales Executive

**Job Overview**
Institutional Sales Executive will be responsible for onboarding large distributors/customers. Institutional Sales Executive will ensure procurement as well as provision of required products to service their customers. The executive will be in charge of the sales business.
Roles & Responsibilities
- As an Institutional Sales Executive, you will be responsible for
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities.
- Onboard Big Parties/ Distributor in focus state and ensure business with them for Own Company Product.
- Identify market trends, competitive landscape and customer needs to find gaps and develop business strategy.
- Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with Dealers.
- Generate leads and achieve sales targets.
- Terms of trade negotiation, business development agreement and co-ordination with customers.
Education & Experiences
- Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in Agri-Input sector in 2-3 states at least.
- Proven track record of developing markets and achieving sales targets.
- Experience in negotiating and closing contracts with clients.
- Graduate/PG in Agri-Science or related fields.
- Agri-Inputs
- Biologicals/Fertilizers/Pesticides exposure is a must.
- Should have good team management skills.
- Business acumen and entrepreneurial skills.
- Good convincing ability to ensure leads are turned to Sales.

- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently in complex and challenging environments.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
