We at Everest Food Products Private Limited are looking for SECURITY OFFICER (EX. ARMY) for SECURITY Department at Umbergaon Plant address is as follows;
Everest Food Products Private Limited (Everst Masala) Umbergaon plant.

Plot NO. 40/1, Gangadevi Road, Village -Palgam, Ta. - Umbergaon, Dist. - Valsad, Gujarat - 396170.

**Required Experience and Qualifications**

**Min. Experience required: Person must have served army/BSF etc.**
**Min. Experience required: 0 to 5 year in relevant field after army. (Manufacturing/Packing/Pharma/Food/Spices Etc).**
**Min. Qualification Required: Diploma or Bachelor**

**_Job Specification & Position Summery_**
- Developing and implementing security policies, protocols and procedures
- Responsible for the security concern of the factory
- Controlling budgets for security operations and monitor expenses.
- Recruiting, training and supervising security guards & Supervisors from Contract Agency.
- Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs
- Plan and coordinate with Admin Department for security operations for specific events.
- Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms.
- Purchase security-related supplies, equipment, or technology.
- Preparing Purchase requisition and Purchase order as per requirement.
- Create & implement security standards, policies, and procedures.
- To Identify, investigate and resolve security breaches and inform Admin Head.
- CCTV camera monitoring - anyone acting suspiciously, an act of theft, vandalism or any other crime - Inform Admin Department immediately.
- Respond to medical emergencies, bomb threats, fire alarms, or intrusion alarms, following emergency response procedures.
- Monitoring security policies, programs & procedures to ensure compliance with internal security policies as well as compliance with govt. regulations.
- Monthly preparing and submitting report to Admin / Factory Head on internal investigations, losses, violations, theft, or any Findings related to breaching of regulations, policies and procedures.
- Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorised persons.
- Daily Monitoring Movement of Manpower, Visitor, Material and Vehicles for the
- Manage security team members and all other information security personnel
- Maintaining the attendance and issues dealing with the security outsourcing company
- Maintain & Update all Registers as per Health & safety act.
- Over all accountability of Plant Safety & Security.
- To provide training related to Health safety & Security in Entire plant.
- Monitoring & Preparing All Documentation work related to Fire, Security, and Health & Safety.
- To collect monthly bills from security and other related party as per requirement.
- Final Bill/Attendance verification of respective contractors & other related parties.
- Overall responsibility of training to get done of team as required.
- Responsible for following personal hygiene, apron policy, GMP/GHP & other standards in respective are as required.
- To report any kind of Accident/Incident to respective team.
- Maintaining HIRA documents as per requirement.
- To maintain PRP/OPRP/CCP in respective areas.
- To conduct mock drill as per requirement.
- To conduct safety committee meetings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
