**Job Title**: Call Centre Executive

**Department**: Customer Support / Call Centre

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
- Answer customer inquiries, provide product/service information, and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Follow communication scripts and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Upsell or cross-sell products/services when appropriate.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

**Requirements**:

- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Call Centre Representative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to handle pressure and remain calm during challenging situations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.
- Fluency in [English / regional languages as required].

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
