Job Title: Call Centre Executive

Location: square building.Lullanagar
Department: Customer Support / Call Centre

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
  • Answer customer inquiries, provide product/service information, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Follow communication scripts and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Upsell or cross-sell products/services when appropriate.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Requirements:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Call Centre Representative.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to handle pressure and remain calm during challenging situations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.
  • Fluency in [English / regional languages as required].

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
