Job Description - Labour Resource Manager

Position Overview:
The Labour Resource Manager is responsible for planning, allocating, and managing the deployment of blue-collar workers across multiple locations. This role ensures the availability of a skilled workforce, optimizes labor utilization, and maintains compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Workforce Planning & Deployment:

- Coordinate the mobilization and allocation of laborers across various job sites.
- Ensure adequate manpower availability based on project and operational needs.
- Maintain a database of available workers and their skill sets for efficient deployment.

2. Recruitment & Onboarding:

- Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to hire and onboard blue-collar workers.
- Conduct initial orientation and training programs for new workers.

3. Attendance & Payroll Coordination:

- Track worker attendance and ensure biometric or manual records are maintained.
- Coordinate with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate wage calculations.

4. Logistics & Transportation Management:

- Arrange transportation for workers to and from job sites as needed.
- Ensure smooth communication regarding shift schedules and location changes.

5. Compliance & Legal Requirements:

- Ensure all workforce activities comply with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain proper documentation, including contracts, ID proofs, and work permits.

6. Performance & Grievance Handling:

- Monitor worker performance and address any productivity concerns.
- Handle worker grievances, disputes, and concerns effectively.

7. Reporting & Documentation:

- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on workforce allocation, attendance, and productivity.
- Maintain records of worker movements, contracts, and project assignments.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 3+ years of experience in manpower deployment, workforce management, or labor coordination.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and workforce management software.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
