**Job Summary**:
The Maintenance Supervisor Technician (MST) is responsible for overseeing and performing maintenance activities of office building. This role ensures that all facilities, equipment, and amenities are in optimal condition.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular inspections of the building’s facilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and infrastructure.
- Supervise and coordinate with maintenance staff and external contractors.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies and equipment.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent in **Electrician**; technical training or certification preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in an office building or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
