Manage the entire recruitment life cycle process in US Market.
- Must be comfortable working in US Time zones EST, PMT, CST & MST shifts.
- Experience in recruiting US Citizens, Green Card holders, TN Visa & H1B.
- Familiarity with US Tax terms is required W2.
- Strong understanding of technical requirements.
- Should be self-motivated as well as a team player.
- The ability to think analytically so as to consider all applicants and recommend the right fit for the organization.
- Should have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in English.
