**Responsibilities**:

- Managing the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for C2C, W2, and Fulltime positions.
- Posting vacancies on portals and leveraging networking to attract top talent within specified time frames.
- Prioritizing immediate joiners and facilitating a seamless onboarding process.

**Valuing and encouraging references from existing employees as an integral part of our recruitment process.**

**Skills Required**:

- In-depth knowledge of hiring practices and existing laws in the US market.
- Comfortable working in the EST shift to align with the time zone requirements.
- Strong understanding of both IT and Non-IT requirements.
- Experience in handling both contract and permanent recruitment needs.
- Proven experience in recruiting H1-B, H4EAD, GC EAD, Green Card holders, and US Citizens.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
