**Key Responsibilities**:
**Implementation and Support**:
Lead and participate in at least two end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation and support projects.

Provide expert support and troubleshooting for ongoing projects.

**Technical Competency**:
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Data Models, Workflows, Business Rules, MDF Objects, RBP, Foundation Objects, Position Management, Time Off, OData APIs, and Reports.

Ensure that all configurations align with business requirements and best practices.

**Client Management**:
Manage client expectations and handle escalations effectively.

Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and project success.

**Documentation and Design**:
Map client requirements into Functional Design Documents or Business Process Designs.

Ensure comprehensive and clear documentation for project requirements and solutions.

**Rollout Experience**:
Develop and propose effective data migration approaches.

Identify and highlight potential risks and issues, providing mitigation strategies.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:
5 to 6 years of experience in SAP, specifically with SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Proven experience in at least two end-to-end implementation or support projects involving Employee Central.

Experience with rollout projects, including data migration and risk management.

**Skills**:
Strong expertise in Data Models, Workflows, Business Rules, MDF Objects, RBP, Foundation Objects, Position Management, Time Off, OData APIs, and Reporting.

Excellent communication skills to manage client expectations and handle escalations.

Ability to create detailed Functional Design Documents and Business Process Designs.

**Certifications**:
Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is required.

**Preferred Experience**:
Experience in the HR domain.

SAP HR experience is a plus.
