**The Position**

It’s time to take your love of travel and put it to work By supporting our customers you'll play an integral part of their journey with Intrepid, as the Reservations Executive you will provide administrative assistance and support to the Reservations Manager as required and be responsible for all reservation activities in relation to all Intrepid brands. You will also support reservation activities for our customers Tailor Made and customized itineraries as directed by your Reservation Manager. This is a full-time permanent role based in New Delhi, India and will operate on a hybrid basis.

**Some of the day-to-day tasks you’ll be responsible for are**:

- Handle hotel & transport reservations to ensure all bookings are made, confirmed, and on time for our travellers
- Ensure group leaders receive accurate and complete documentation and information
- Costing and pricing, ensuring trips booked are accurate, effective, and up to date
- Working on systems, creation of services and suppliers, pricing trips, and ensuring all data is uploaded with accuracy

**Some of the essential skills you’ll have are**:

- Bachelor in Travel & Tourism or related tertiary business degree
- Competent in Microsoft Office XP (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 1+ years of experience working in the travel industry and excellent regional destination knowledge
- Experience in analysis and creating reports
- Strong communication skills
