**Help Desk - Health Initiative**
We are **Gubbachi Learning Community**, a seven year old NGO working towards the educational inclusion of marginalised children. We are looking for a committed **Full time Help Desk **for our **Health initiative project.**

If you have experience in computers and at least a year of experience, - join us

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answers phone calls and gathers information to determine the issue or problem.
- Obtains relevant information on caller, i. e., name, job, phone number.
- Explain to people what to expect in terms of resolution.
- Collects details concerning the nature, severity, onset and duration of the problem. Addresses root cause of problems, and obtains consensus where possible.
- Communicates decisions to appropriate people following established departmental processes.
- Ensures that commitments made to community people are met.
- Maintains documentation on each issue, course of action and status.
- Logs all relevant details concerning each call.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and stay focused and friendly under pressure.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, project management, organizational and time management skills.
- Skill and ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work as a member of a team.
- Receive the patients and register them and send them to the clinic
- Ensure that all logistics including drinking water and seating facility for the patients in the clinic
- Maintain the database of the community who visit the clinic everyday
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly data on the visit to the clinic
- Share the data with foundation/ project coordinators and programme team regularly
- Coordinate with community health associates with respect to field visit
- Attend meetings and training
- Prepare relevant reports.
- A graduate or a Diploma holder in computer.
- At Least 1 year of working knowledge of computers.
- Basic knowledge of MS office is a must.
- Must possess communicative skills in Hindi / Kannada

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
