**Your Impact & Responsibilities**:
Check Point is looking for a Help Desk System Administrator to be responsible for:
- Microsoft Windows clients support (Windows 7/10).
- Desktop/laptop installation and configuration.
- PC hardware and software incidents’ troubleshooting.
- Active Directory and Exchange 2010.
- PC preparation and shipment
- Printers and scanners troubleshooting.
**Your Knowledge & Skills**:
- 2-3 years of experience of Microsoft Windows support (7/10/ Server 2008/2012).
- PC/network connectivity knowledge (Ethernet, TCP/IP).
- Advanced troubleshooting capabilities.
- Multi-tasking skills.
- Customer orientation and great communication skills.
- Mac OS X ,Linux knowledge - an advantage.
