Job Title: Accounts Assistant
Location: Bangalore

Experience Required: 2-3 years in bookkeeping and accounting (Immediate joiners preferred)
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)
About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting & Bookkeeping:
- Maintain and update accounts in Tally
Prime, including entries for purchases (Local & Import) sales, expenses, bank transactions,
transfers, and journal entries.
- Maintain proper records of invoices,
receipts, vouchers, and supporting
documentation.
- Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions
- Post vendor and customer payments
accurately and timely in the accounting
system.
- GST Compliance:
- Independently file GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B
returns.
- Conduct thorough GSTR-2B reconciliations and ensure timely GST filings.
- Finalization & Reporting:
- Prepare books of accounts for monthly and annual finalization.
- Support in the preparation of financial reports and statements as required.
- Banking & Payments:
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and manage daily cash flow.
- Process payments to vendors and staff, and ensure all payment postings are accurately recorded.
- Coordination & Support:
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors for payment reconciliation and queries.
- Assist with payroll support and maintain related documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or HSC in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and statutory compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
Additional Information:
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
