We are a study abroad consultancy startup dedicated to connecting students with top universities around the world. We are looking to build partnerships with 3000 universities to offer diverse programs for undergraduate, postgraduate, MBA, and MBBS students.

**Job Purpose**:
The Overseas University Partnership Officer will be responsible for building and nurturing direct relationships with universities across the globe. The role involves developing strategic alliances, negotiating agreements, and ensuring seamless collaborations between our consultancy and educational institutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Partnership Development**:

- Identify, target, and approach universities worldwide to establish direct partnerships.
- Build a network of 3000 partner universities over time, focusing on undergraduate, postgraduate, MBA, and MBBS programs.
- Negotiate terms, contracts, and collaboration agreements with universities.
- **Strategic Planning**:

- Create and implement strategies for developing long-term university partnerships.
- Research and analyze potential partner universities’ program offerings, student demand, and partnership opportunities.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Maintain strong relationships with partner institutions, ensuring clear communication and addressing any issues that arise.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the consultancy and university representatives.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with the admissions team to ensure program details and partnership agreements are accurately reflected in student counseling sessions.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to promote new partnerships and programs to students.
- **Performance Monitoring**:

- Track and report on the success of partnership activities.
- Meet quarterly targets for establishing new partnerships.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in partnership development, business development, or relationship management in the education sector.
- Strong understanding of the global higher education landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities simultaneously.
- Target-driven with the ability to meet performance-based goals.

**Commission**:

- Rs 500 commission on each successful university direct partnerships for MBBS degree in Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, China, Georgia and Philippines.
- Rs 300 commission on each successful university direct partnerships established for universities ranked over 50 in times higher education world university ranking
- Rs 200 commission on each successful university direct partnerships established for universities ranked over 200 in times higher education world university ranking
- Rs150 commission on each successful university direct partnerships established for universities ranked over 500 in times higher education world university ranking
- Rs100 commission on each successful university direct partnerships established for universities ranked over 1000 in times higher education world university ranking.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
