Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated **Bench Sales Marketer** with 1 year of experience in US IT staffing. The role involves **marketing consultants on bench, building client/vendor relations, and securing quick placements.**

Key Responsibilities:

- Market bench consultants (**OPT, CPT, H1B, H4EAD, GC, US Citizens**) using job portals, LinkedIn, and direct vendor outreach.
- Build and maintain relations with **vendors, clients, and Tier 1 partners.**:

- Submit consultant profiles to relevant job requirements and ensure **quick follow-up.**:

- Negotiate **rates and contract terms** with vendors/clients.
- Track consultant availability and maintain **daily submission/placement reports.**:

- Ensure compliance with company and client requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- **2 year of Bench Sales experience** in US IT staffing.
- Familiarity with **US tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099).**:

- Experience using **job portals (Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn).**:

- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to **work under targets** and handle multiple profiles at once.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,269.76 - ₹28,045.11 per month
