Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Consultations: Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision, budget, and requirements.

2. Wedding Concept Development: Create customized wedding concepts, including themes, color schemes, and décor.

3. Vendor Management: Research, recommend, and coordinate with vendors, including caterers, florists, photographers, and DJs.

4. Budgeting and Cost Management: Create and manage wedding budgets, ensuring that all expenses are tracked and stay within budget.

5. Timeline Creation: Develop and manage detailed timelines for wedding planning, setup, and execution.

6. Coordination and Logistics: Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, transportation, and accommodations.

7. Communication and Problem-Solving: Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members, resolving any issues that may arise.

8. Wedding Day Coordination: Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of the wedding, ensuring that every detail is executed flawlessly.

9. Post-Event Evaluation: Evaluate the success of the wedding, gathering feedback from clients and vendors to improve future events.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field.

2. Experience: 2+ years of experience in wedding planning or event management.

3. Certifications: Certified Wedding Planner (CWP) or Certified Event Planner (CEP) certification preferred.

4. Skills:

- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and creativity in event design.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office.

Working Conditions:
1. Work Environment: Office and on-site event locations.

2. Physical Demands: Standing, walking, and lifting (up to 25 pounds) may be required.

3. Travel: Occasional travel may be required for client meetings, venue visits, and events.
