Tele Collection Executive

Job description
- To recover overdue payments or outstanding debts from customers on behalf of the company.
- Investigate and resolve any payment disputes or discrepancies that may arise from customers with other departments, such as customer service or sales, to resolve payment-related issues.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all communications, payment arrangements, and other relevant information related to debt recovery.
- Negotiate payment plans or settlements with debtors based on their financial situation and the company's policies.
- To answer inquiries, provide information, and assist debtors in resolving payment-related issues.
- To achieve given collection and call targets.
- Must have effective communication skills in English and South Indian Language/s.
- Also requires negotiation skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and customer service skills.
