**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as a **link between clients, developers, QA, and management** to ensure clear communication and task alignment.
- Use **JIRA, Microsoft Teams, Asana, or similar tools** to track project progress, assign tasks, and monitor timelines.
- Coordinate and schedule **client meetings, demos, and project reviews**.
- Prepare and maintain **status reports, project documentation, and follow-up trackers**.
- Assist project managers in planning, execution, and resource allocation.
- Monitor team performance, identify blockers, and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Support in **employee engagement activities** to boost team motivation and collaboration.
- Participate in **daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospective meetings**.
- Ensure client satisfaction through timely updates and proactive issue resolution.

**Required Skill Set:Technical Skills**:

- Experience with **JIRA**, **Microsoft Teams**, **Slack**, **Trello**, or similar collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with **Agile/Scrum methodologies**.
- Knowledge of **software development life cycle (SDLC)** and IT processes.
- Basic understanding of **technical documentation** and project workflows.
- Proficiency in **MS Office / Google Workspace** (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Excellent **communication (verbal & written)** and **coordination** skills.
- Strong **organizational and time-management** abilities.
- Ability to handle **multiple projects and priorities** efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science, IT, Management, or related field**.
- **2-5 years of experience** as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the IT industry.
- Experience using **JIRA and Microsoft Teams** is **mandatory**.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
