**Job summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide expert consultation on Service Now implementations and integrations.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Service Now projects including design specifications and user guides.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Service Now technology to provide cutting-edge solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Service Now with other systems.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Service Now solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all Service Now projects.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in Service Now implementations and integrations.
- Demonstrate strong technical expertise in Service Now including design development and deployment.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
- Show proficiency in conducting thorough testing and validation of Service Now solutions.
- Have experience in providing ongoing support and maintenance for Service Now implementations.
- Display the ability to lead training sessions and develop comprehensive documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Service Now technology.
- Work effectively in a hybrid work model collaborating with clients and teams both remotely and on-site.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address technical issues promptly.
- Exhibit the ability to mentor and guide junior consultants and team members.
- Show a commitment to continuous improvement and staying updated with industry standards.
- Possess a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Have a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices in Service Now projects.
